It is a library part of a mesh from alpilotX for X-Plane 10 New Zealand Pro.
Once you have that open the zip and extract the contents into a new folder (I called mine Alpilotx_Lib) and delete and/or leave out the Earth nav data folder (you don't need that part).
Save that folder to your Custom Scenery directory where it will be recognized as a library because of the library.txt file within. (if you have a look at that in a txt editor you will see the references to the g10 you have been looking for.
